Hey everybody, sorry for my great absense by I thank all of our great workers for keeping up while I was gone. Since I am Head of the Site I need two secondary heads. So we will have a contest for the two spots. ALL workers can participate and here are the details:

I however do not have the time for gfx that I used to have. That is why JCM is in charge 100%. I will be around when I can but will be stepping down to adviser.

Hey guys, it’s 08razor, you probably don’t know me. I am Riotors actual real life brother but haven’t played this game since Riotors first army CPSS. Anyway, Riotors is unable to get on the computer because of a bad car accident he has been in recently and asked me to make this post for him. He asked me 3 days ago, but I kept forgetting his login password so this time I just wrote it down. He wanted me to tell you guys that JCM is in charge of the site while he is gone and even when he returns as a head along with Riotors. He said that if JCM needs any help, JCM has the power to promote a worker to help him or hire somebody else to help him.

Anyway, he wants you guys to keep the site up and running until he returns. He will be released from the hospital anywhere between Sunday to Tuesday.

I, Riotors am a VERY busy man. Therefore, I have promoted JCM (secondary head) to head of site. He has equal power as I do and I may be stepping down completely soon if my schedule doesn’t get clearer. All workers has a Christmas present from Riotors. Everybody’s one free Christmas graphic will be made. I apologize for not starting on Christmas Eve like I said I would, but I was with family all week and didn’t plan on spending my Christmas day on the computer. We have a LARGE stack up of Christmas Graphics. All workers who work here, I am encouraging you all to make AT LEAST one graphic for Christmas. Due to the large amount of Christmas Graphics, the order page will be temporarily down to let us catch up.

Also, I have a Christmas present for all workers whenever you find me on xat. Now lastly, there will be a lot of free orders to make on Christmas. They do not have to all be done on Christmas, but they will be started then. Don’t leave me hanging and make a few if possible.

To Workers: There are a lot of orders. All workers call graphics orders (edit in bold at the top of the comment that you got that order) and make them please. You can accept the payment for the gfx. Make sure after they are paid for, you add the unwatermarked copy to the pick-up page. You will keep all the payment for the gfx you make.

Merry Christmas viewers, we have a special surprise for you.

On Christmas, we will be giving away ONE FREE GRAPHIC to each person and/or site. Each person who orders can only order one graphic, and there can only be one graphic ordered for a particular site. Anything else will be discounted HALF OFF!! Amazing deals right? Heck yea, I mean free graphics are always amazing. Especially from the AMAZING staff that works here.

But there is a catch to the free graphics. You will have to either post our banner on your site or if you don’t have a website you will have to convince 15 people to view this site. This will be based on the honesty scale. It would be horrible to lie on Christmas.

1. First of all, I hope you all stay active even though orders are kind of low at the moment. We will soon get a lot more orders.
2. Also, all orders you make, you are allowed to collect all the payment for that order and keep it all unless I say otherwise.
3. For those who have less popular jobs (not many people order that type of graphic), I will be paying you anyways. I will also randomly be paying other workers as well.
4. We will be opening new job positions soon such as a sponsoring agent, Chat rules maker, and floating button maker. The sponsoring agent will be a job where I will be paying you for each site you can get our banner onto. For small sites, your payment will be less. For large sites, your payment will be more.
5. All workers will have access to our twitter. We will be expanding soon as well and opening into the news business and more. This will not be serious news though, but more along the lines of comedic news.

News//Instructions

Jcm21: I would like everyone to get their own logo for if they have to watermark something or even use it below any post you make. Or, you can use the Fresh Gfx logo (Circle with FG in the middle) for a substitute. Please try to have your logo ready for December 3rd.

Hey all you graphics orderers out there. We at Fresh Gfx will be introducing some new graphics, the graphics will be

• Chat Rules
• I will be making graphics Tutorials, cutouts, the best and latest brushes and fonts.

For the package I would like for some of the new workers to link some of there templates, favorite brushes, favorite fonts, and suggestions. The package will vary in price, I am looking in the range of 250-400 xats. (To our workers, if you can link to 25+ templates, good brushes, or good fonts you will get a percentage of what we make)

Fresh Gfx Site Restoration Begins!!!

Jcm: Sorry for my recent inactiveness, basketball season started and I am on a few teams so I have a lot of practice during the week. I will be working on getting as active as possible.

Rio: Site activity has risen back to normal now. I hope you all forgive my recent in-activeness in this site. There were 2 orders in the spam section so they will be made since I just marked them as not spam. I am 4 orders behind, all 4 will be done by tomorrow (Thursday) night.

Notice the inactivity lately? That’s because I’ve been taking some professional gfx lessons to apply a much higher quality to this site. Now, my lessons are basically finished, therefore the site restoration project begins now.

Do to the site restoration, the order page will be down until December 1st. During this site restoration, we will be undergoing many of the following changes:

1. Hiring workers.
2. Lowering prices.
3. Raising quality.
4. Changing site gfx.
5. Lowering time before gfx are made.
6. Updating site constantly.
7. More contests.
8. Site sponsorship.
9. New adspace options.
10. Fresh GFX Twitter.

Sound sweet huh? Well, all this will take place between now and December 10th. Only the best applications for workers will be hired. There is no set amount of workers that will be hired, so good luck to you all.
